Specifies the accumulated fixed scrap quantity for the production order.

The following example shows how the accumulated fixed scrap quantity is calculated.
Fixed scrap quantity of operation 1 is 3 pieces.
Fixed scrap quantity of operation 2 is 1 piece.
No other operation have fixed scrap.
The accumulated fixed scrap quantity is 4.
