Bin Table

Specifies an unlimited number of bins in each location. A bin denotes a physical storage unit.

Important

Bin codes relate to location codes. Therefore, even if you do not use location codes to divide your physical inventory, you must set up one location code (representing the whole inventory) to be able to use bin codes.

Note

The following fields are only active when used in connection with Directed Put-away and Pick (Warehouse Management System): Zone Code, Bin Type Code, Warehouse Class Code, Special Equipment Code, Bin Ranking, Maximum Cubage, Maximum Weight, Cross-Dock Bin.
