Contract/Service Discount Table
Specifies discounts on services for service contracts. You can enter a discount on spare parts in specific service item groups, on labor performed by resources in specific resource groups and on specific cost.
When you insert service lines for service items included in a service contract, the program calculates the discount on the lines according to the contract/service discounts.
You can manually create service orders that include service items belonging to service contracts. The service order is only linked to a service contract if the program has created the service order for the contract. If the service contract belongs to a contract group with a check mark in the Disc. on Contr. Orders Only field, the program will not apply contract/service discounts to service lines with the service items included in the contract, unless the service order itself is linked to the service contract.
