Fault Reason Code Field, Service Cr.Memo Line Table
Contains the code of the fault reason for the credit memo line.
A fault reason code can exclude contract discount and warranty discount both on labor and on spare parts.
The program copies the code from the Fault Reason Code field in the Service Line table when you post the credit memo. You cannot change the contents of the field manually. To see the list of all fault reason code and their settings, choose the field.
