Rolled-up Lead-Time Offset Field, BOM Buffer Table
Specifies the cumulative lead time of components under a parent item.
This field shows the longest lead-time offset that is defined in the Lead-Time Offset field of a component in the item’s BOM. This offset relates to the parent items that are shown in the Item Availability by BOM Level window. If more BOM levels exist under the item, then the field shows the sum of the longest lead-time offsets of components in those lower-level BOM structures. Accordingly, the rolled-up lead-time offset of the top item reflects the longest time that it may take to make the item.
