Quantity Field, Service Cr.Memo Line Table

Contains the number of units of the item, resource hours, general ledger account payments, or cost specified on the credit memo line.

The program copies the quantity from the Quantity field on the service line when you post the credit memo.

You cannot change the value because the entry has already been posted.
