Expiration Date Field, Requisition Line Table

Specifies the last date on which the recurring requisition worksheet will be converted to a purchase order, if you have indicated in the Recurring field of the Requisition Worksheet Template table that the worksheet is a recurring requisition worksheet.

This field determines the date on which the line will be converted to a purchase order for the last time.

By using this field you can enter a line in the requisition worksheet even though it will only be converted for a limited period. The line will not be converted after the date shown in the field.

The advantage of using the field is that the line will not be deleted from the requisition worksheet immediately and you can always replace the present expiration date with a later one so that you can use the line further into the future.

If the field is blank, the line will be converted to a purchase order every time you do a conversion until it is deleted from the requisition worksheet.
