VAT Difference Field, Service Line Table

Specifies the difference between the calculated VAT amount and the VAT amount that you have entered manually, if you choose to manually alter a VAT amount in the VAT Amount field.

The VAT difference displayed here is distributed proportionally between service lines with the same VAT identifier.
