Actual Response Time (Hours) Field, Service Invoice Header Table

Contains the actual number of hours since the creation of the service order to the time when the service order status was changed from Pending to In Process.

The program copies the time from the Actual Response Time (Hours) field in the Service Header table when the service invoice is posted.
