Item Category Code Field, Service Shipment Line Table

Contains the code of the item category that the item on the line belongs to. Choose the field to view the default values for the posting group, costing method and tax group assigned to the specified item category.

The program copies the code from the Item Category Code field on the service line of the service order.

You cannot change the field value when the shipment has already been posted.
