Service Price Group Table

Specifies how you want to use service price groups to set up types of service pricing for particular types of service items. For example, you can set up a service price group for a particular manufacturer, and then define the types of service pricing that you want the service items from this manufacturer to receive.

The service pricing can also depend on the customer. In this case you set up types of service pricing for a combination of service price groups and customer price groups.

After you have set up service price groups, you can assign them to service items on service item lines in the Service Order window. The price group of the customer and the service price group of the service item determines the service pricing.
