Code Field, Reminder Terms Table

Specifies a code to identify this set of reminder terms. You can enter a maximum of 10 characters, both numbers and letters.

For each set of reminder terms, you set up a code, a description and other information.

Then you enter the code in the Reminder Terms Code field on the customer card. Later, the program will use this information when you create reminders.

Use codes that are easy to remember and descriptive, such as:

FOREIGN, DOMESTIC

The code must be unique - you cannot have the same code twice in one table. You can set up as many codes as you like.
