Responsibility Center Field, Sales Header Table

Specifies the code of the responsibility center that is associated with the user who created the sales order, associated with your company, or associated with the vendor.

If you have a responsibility center assigned to you as a user, then the program automatically copies the code from the Sales Resp. Ctr. Filter field in the User Setup table to this field when you create the order.

If you have left the Sales Resp. Ctr. Filter field in the User Setup table blank but have entered a code in the Responsibility Center field in the Company Information table, then the program automatically copies the code from the Company Information table. Otherwise, the program copies the code from the Responsibility Center field in the Customer table.
