Field Type Field, Miniform Line Table
Contains the type of data that is defined in the miniform line.
The options are:

|---|---|
Text |
Any plain text such as a menu name or the menu items of a menu. |
Input |
Data originating from or requested by the database where the user on the handheld is allowed or expected to enter data. |
Output |
Data from the database that is displayed to the user. The user of the handheld cannot enter data. |
Asterix |
Data entered by the user that should be displayed with only an asterix for each character. This is appropriate for fields where the input given by the user should not be visible on the handheld, such as a password. |
