Vendor Account Detail Report

Shows the detailed account activity for each vendor for a specific period of time. The report lists all activity with running account balances, or only open items or only closed items with totals of either. The report can also show the application of payments to invoices.

Options

Field Description

Print Amounts in Vendor's Currency

Select to print amounts in the vendor's currency (totals print in US dollars). If you do not select this field, amounts print in US dollars. The amount of each transaction is also shown in the original transaction's currency, regardless of the option selected here.

New Page per Account

Select to begin each vendor account on a new page.

Acc. with Balances Only

Select to include all accounts that have a balance other than zero, even if there has been no activity in the period. If you do not select this field, only accounts that have activity will appear on the report. This option cannot be used if you are also entering vendor ledger entry filters, such as the Open filter.

(Terms, Applications, etc.)

Select to include transaction information regarding payment terms, what entries this entry was applied to, and the remaining (open) amount. If you do not select this field, the report will not contain this additional information.

Use External Doc. No.

Select to print the vendor's document numbers, such as the invoice number, on all transactions. If you do not select this field, only internal document numbers will be printed.
