Customer Account Detail Report

Provides the detailed account activity for each customer for any period of time. The report lists all activity with running account balances, or only open items or only closed items with totals of either. The report can also show the application of payments to invoices.

On the Cust. Ledger Entry FastTab, you can select to include all customer ledger entries, or to include only open or closed entries.

Options

Field Description

Print Amounts in Customer's Currency

Select to print amounts in the customer's currency (grand totals print in dollars). Leave this box blank to print amounts in dollars. The amount of each transaction is also shown in the original transaction's currency, regardless of the option selected here.

New Page per Account

Select to begin each customer account on a new page.

Acc. with Balances Only

Leave this box blank to include only accounts with activity. Check this box to include all accounts that have a balance other than zero, even if there has been no activity in the period. This option cannot be used if you are also entering Customer Ledger Entry Filters such as the Open filter.

Print Additional Details

Check this box to include transaction information on this report regarding payment terms, what entries this entry was applied to, and the remaining (open) amount. Leave this box blank for a shorter report without this additional information.
