Minimum Reportable Field, IRS 1099 Form-Box Table
The value you enter in this field indicates the minimum value for this box that must be reported to the IRS on a 1099 form. Once any box on a 1099 form is determined to be reportable, the entire form is printed.
If this box represents a withholding or other negative amount, enter -1.00 in this field. This will not only guarantee that such an amount is reported to the IRS on a 1099 form, but will also switch the sign so that it shows up as a positive number on the 1099 form.
