No. Field, Phys. Inventory Order Header Table

Here you have to assign an unequivocal number for the physical inventory order. Before you can fill in other fields on the physical inventory order, you first have to assign a number.

To assign a number, you can use one of the following methods:

• If you have set up a default Invoice Nos. for the physical inventory order, press ENTER to have the program fill in this field with the next number in the series.

• If you have set up more than one number series for the physical inventory order, click the field and select the series you want to use. The program will fill in the field with the next number in that series.

• If you have not set up a number series for the physical inventory order, or if the number series has a check mark in the Manual Nos. field, you can enter a number manually. You can enter a maximum of 20 characters, both numbers and letters.

You cannot change the document number after you have confirmed it by pressing ENTER.
