Phys. Inv. Order Nos. Field, Inventory Setup Table

Here you can enter the code for the number series that will be used to assign numbers to physical inventory orders. To see the number series that have been set up in the No. Series table, click the field.

If you want to use more than one number series for physical inventory orders, you can set up a relationship between the relevant series in the No. Series Relationship table. This will allow you to use one code to represent two or more number series.

If you enter a number series code in this field, you must also enter a code in the Posted Phys. Inv. Order Nos. field. You can use the same code for both physical inventory orders and posted physical inventory orders.
