Comment Field, Posted Payment Order Table
This field shows if there are any comments related to this posted payment order.
This field is a button. If the button icon is a pencil pointing horizontally, there is no comment for this payment order. If the button icon is a vertical pencil and four horizontal lines, then there is a comment.
A comment can be created by clicking on the Payment Order button and choosing Comments.
The comments are meant to post information relative to the payment order that must be taken into account, for example, that it must be remitted to a specific bank.
To view a comment or to create a new one, click on the Comments button. You can also click on the Payment Order menu button and choose the Comments option. In both cases, a window will appear in which existing comments may be viewed and new comments may be created. See also the BG/PO Comment Line table.
