Fin. Charge Interest Rates Window

Specifies different interest rates for different calculation periods.

For each finance charge term, you can specify one or more interest rates. For example, you can set up one interest rate that will apply to payments that are made one week late, and another interest rate that will apply to payments that are made more than one week late.

Important

The start date of the first interest rate cannot be later than the earliest possible posting date for transactions that the finance charge can apply to.

Additional Information

If you set up interest rates in the Fin. Charge Interest Rates window, Microsoft Dynamics NAV will ignore the default interest rate that is specified for the finance charge term in the Finance Charge Terms window.
