Journal Template Name Field, Purchase Header Table
This field contains the name of the journal template, in which the purchase header is to be posted.
The field is automatically filled in based on the contents of the Journal Templ. Purch. Invoice and the Journal Templ. Purch. Cr. Memo fields in the Purchases & Payables Setup table (depending on the document type).
You can change the contents of the field if necessary. To see the existing journal templates, click the AssistButton to the right of the field. You can only select templates of the Purchase type.
