To access samples from Visual Studio
On the Help menu, click Samples.
By default, these samples are installed in drive:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\Samples\.

Building and Running the Sample
To build and run this sample
Open crt_dbg1.sln.
On the Build menu, click Build.
On the Debug menu, click Start Without Debugging.
To see the output of the program as it progresses, set breakpoints in the code and then view the output in the command window for the program. Or, run Debug\crt_dbg1.exe at a command prompt.
