Connect As Dialog Box

Allows you to change the security context with which to log on to the specified server. By default, you will be logged on using the same user ID that is currently in use. You can change this to any valid user ID and password. You access this dialog box from the Add Server Dialog Box by clicking the hyperlink Connect using a different user name.

User Interface Element List

  • User Name
    The user ID with which to log on to the specified server.

  • Password
    The password with which to log on to the specified server.
