IAVIStream::ReadData
The ReadData method reads data headers of a stream. Called when an application uses the AVIStreamReadData function.

PAVISTREAM ps,
DWORD fcc,
LPVOID lpBuffer,
LONG *lpcbBuffer
);
Parameters
ps
Pointer to the interface to a stream.
fcc
Four-character code of the stream header to read.
lpBuffer
Pointer to the buffer to contain the header data.
lpcbBuffer
Size, in bytes, of the buffer specified by lpBuffer. When this method returns control to the application, the contents of this parameter specifies the amount of data read.
Return Values
Returns the HRESULT defined by OLE.
Remarks
For handlers written in C++, ReadData has the following syntax:
HRESULT ReadData(DWORD fcc, LPVOID lp, LONG *lpcb);
Requirements
** Windows NT/2000/XP:** Included in Windows NT 3.1 and later.
** Windows 95/98/Me:** Included in Windows 95 and later.
** Header:** Declared in Vfw.h.
** Library:** Use Vfw32.lib.
