Deletes an Appointment item by removing it from the Appointment collection.

Remarks

Delete throws a Win32Exception if the delete operation is not successful. For example, this can happen when deleting a Appointment item that has not been added to the AppointmentCollection.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread-safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread-safe.
