Remarks
As found in RFC3261 Section 20.43 1xx and 2xx have been taken by HTTP/1.1. Additional "warn-code"s can be defined. See Section 27.2.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
