EApplication_WindowBeforeDoubleClickEventHandler Delegate
A delegate for an event in the corresponding object. After you implement a callback method for the event, use this delegate to connect the callback method to the event.
Occurs when you double-click the items in the views listed in the following table.

The selection below the mouse pointer when the double-click occurs.

Type: System.Boolean
false when the event occurs. If the event procedure sets this argument to true, the default double-click action isn't performed when the procedure is finished.
