Owner Property

The Owner property of the SPSite class gets or sets the owner of the site collection.

Property Value

A Microsoft.SharePoint.SPUser object that represents the owner.

Remarks

The user specified by the Owner property should not be identical to the user specified by the SecondaryContact property.
