The ID property of the SPWebTemplate class gets the ID for the site definition or site template.

Property Value

A 32-bit integer that specifies the ID. This value corresponds to the ID attribute of the Template element in Collaborative Application Markup Language (CAML).

Remarks

If the site was created from a site template, the ID property contains the ID of the site definition from which the site template was made.
