Creates a new SPServiceApplicationProxy object using the specified parameters, or returns the existing object with the specified name.

Parameters
name
Type: System.StringThe name of the SPServiceApplicationProxy object.
serviceApplication
Type: Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.SPServiceApplicationThe service application to which the SPServiceApplicationProxy object refers.
provisioningContext
Type: Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.SPServiceProvisioningContextThe context from which to get the application pool, which hosts the object that manages the SPServiceApplicationProxy.

The new proxy, or the existing proxy.

Remarks
