Step 2: Enabling Contacts for Lync Server 2010

Users cannot use Lync Server 2010 until they are enabled for all Lync Server services. After you have synchronized Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) for users, groups, and contacts across all your forests, enable the contacts that you created in the central forest for Lync Server.
