ActionTimeout Element for ScheduledRule (ADF)
Specifies an interval during which the Transact-SQL statements specified in the event scheduled Action element must complete successfully.

Remarks
If an action does not complete in the time specified by ActionTimeout, the action is canceled and an error is recorded in the event log.
The format of the XML duration data type is PnYnMnDTnHnMnS. For more information about XML data types, see Primitive XML Data Types in the Microsoft MSDN Library.

This example shows an ActionTimeout element with a value of one minute and fifteen seconds.
