How to: Embed an Image in a Report (Report Designer)

To embed an image in a report

On the Report menu, click Embedded Images.

Note

If the Report menu is not available, click within the report design area.
Click New Image.
Type the path to the image file or click Browse to navigate to the file, and then click Open.

Note

A thumbnail image of the imported file is displayed in the Image column. The name of the image is derived from the name of the image file but you can rename it by typing a new name in the Name field of the image. The MIME type is also derived when the image is imported. You can change it by selecting a new MIME type in the MIME Type field of the image.
To embed additional images, repeat steps 2 and 3.
