Alert.EnumNotifications Method ()

Enumerates a list of all notifications defined on the alert.

Return Value

A DataTable object value that contains a table of information about the notifications defined on the alert.

The operator ID value.

OperatorName

String

The name of the operator.

UseEmail

Boolean

A Boolean value that specifies whether the notification is instructed to use e-mail to inform the operator.

UsePager

Boolean

A Boolean value that specifies whether the notification is instructed to use a pager service to inform the operator.

UseNetSend

Boolean

A Boolean value that specifies whether the notification is instructed to use a net-send message to inform the operator.

HasEmail

Boolean

A Boolean value that specifies whether the operator can receive e-mail notifications.

HasPager

Boolean

A Boolean value that specifies whether the operator can receive pager notifications.

HasNetSend

Boolean

A Boolean value that specifies whether the operator can receive net send notifications.

Remarks

When you create an Operator object you must specify one or more types of notification method, such as e-mail, pager, or net send. If you want this operator to be notified when an alert is fired you must add a notification using the AddNotification method and specify the type of notification to use. An operator can have all three notification methods but the notification can only use one of these.

This namespace, class, or member is supported only in version 2.0 of the Microsoft .NET Framework.
