Property Value
Type: System.Boolean
A Boolean value that specifies whether the remote linked server is compatible with the collation on the local instance of SQL Server.
If True, the linked server has a default collation that is compatible with the default collation on the local instance of SQL Server.
If False (default), the linked server has a default collation that is incompatible with the default collation on the local instance of SQL Server. This means that data compared on the two servers may return unexpected results.
