STAsBinary (geometry Data Type)
Returns the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) Well-Known Binary (WKB) representation of a geometry instance. This value will not contain any Z or M values carried by the instance.

CLR return type: SqlBytes
Examples
The following example uses STAsBinary() to create a LineString geometry instance from (0,0) to (2,3) from text. It then returns the result in WKB.
