DataFileType Property
This feature will be removed in a future version of Microsoft SQL Server. Avoid using this feature in new development work, and plan to modify applications that currently use this feature.
Microsoft SQL Server bulk-copy operations can copy to or read from files containing data in a number of formats. Use the DataFileType property to indicate the format type of the required file.

Remarks
If DataFileType property is SQLDMODataFile_NativeFormat, use the Use6xCompatible property to specify SQL Server version compatibility.
