PipelineComponent.ReferenceTracker Property

Gets the IDTSObjectReferenceTracker100 associated with the component.

The ReferenceTracker provides impact analysis for the SSIS run-time engine. Components register the variables and connections used by the component. If another object in the package tries to delete the variable or the connection referenced by the component, the system can verify that the variable or connection is used by the component, and displays the information.
