Determines whether the specified object and the right-hand side of the key are unequal.

Parameters

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
A Boolean value that indicates whether the two values are unequal. Returns true if one parameter is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) and the other is not, or if the two parameters are unequal. Otherwise, false.
