UserDefinedFunction.QuotedIdentifierStatus Property
Gets or sets a Boolean property value that specifies whether identifiers delimited by double quotation marks are Transact-SQL reserved keywords or contain characters not usually allowed by the Transact-SQL syntax rules in the user-defined function.
