IProgram::FullName Property

IProgram::FullName is a read-only property, in Configuration Manager, that indicates the full displayable program name that is presented to the user.

HRESULT FullName([out, retval] BSTR* pVal);

Parameters

  • pVal
    Data type: BSTR

    Qualifiers: [out, retval]

    Pointer to the full program name in the format below, where PackagePublisher, PackageVersion, and PackageLanguage are optional fields:

    "[PackagePublisher] PackageName [PackageVersion] [PackageLanguage] - ProgramName"

Return Values

An HRESULT code. Possible values include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • S_OK
    The method succeeded.

Remarks

This property should be used when presenting a displayable string that identifies the program to the user.
