IProgram::Id Property

IProgram::Id is a read-only property, in Configuration Manager, that indicates a unique identifier used to identify each program.

HRESULT Id([out, retval] BSTR* pVal);

Parameters

  • pVal
    Data type: BSTR

    Qualifiers: [out, retval]

    Pointer to the ID of the program, which is usually the same as the name of the program.

Return Values

An HRESULT code. Possible values include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • S_OK
    The method succeeded.
