A ConstructorInfo object representing the constructor that matches the specified requirements.

Remarks

This method throws an exception if it cannot find a corresponding constructor.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
