Parameters

name
The name of the test case.

Remarks

Each generated test case calls the BeginTest method of the test manager before the first step in the test case. The test manager then calls the BeginTest method of the generated test class. The test manager for the test is initialized in the InitializeTestManager method.

If the LogToFile property is true, this method opens a log file and writes a begin test message to the file; otherwise, this method sends a begin test message to the console.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
