Parameters
index
Type: System.UInt32[in] Specifies the index of the list item of interest.
pfOK
Type: System.Int32%[out] Pointer to a flag indicating whether the item can be deleted.
Return Value
Type: System.Int32
Returns true if it can delete the item index, false if it cannot.

Set pfOK to indicate whether the item Index can be deleted. Return true if it can, false if not.
