Parameters
- enableRealProgress
Type: System.Boolean
True if the progress dialog shows a percent control, false to show a marquee-style control.
Return Value
Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.

Remarks
If enableRealProgress is true, the caller must provide TotalSteps and CurrentStep values.
