Gets the list of shapes that are in the selection rectangle.

Parameters

• rectangle
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Modeling.Diagrams.RectangleD

  The selection rectangle.

• requireCompleteContainment
  Type: Boolean

  true to include a shape only if the whole shape is in the selection rectangle; false to include a shape that is partially in the selection rectangle.

Return Value

Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Modeling.Diagrams.DiagramItemCollection
The list of shapes that are in the selection rectangle.

Remarks

A hit test verifies whether a point is over a shape in the diagram.
