Sends notification that an item in the Toolbox is selected through a click, or by pressing ENTER.

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.

This method is called whenever a Toolbox item is added to window by selection, that is by a user double clicking on the item, or single clicking and pressing ENTER, which by-passed the drag-and-drop mechanism.
