Returns a value that indicates whether a Microsoft.Office.Tools.Word.Document host item exists for the specified Word document object.

Parameters

    Type: _Document

    The native document object to test. Although this parameter is of type _Document, you typically pass a Document object to this method.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if a Microsoft.Office.Tools.Word.Document host item exists for the specified Document object; otherwise, false.

Remarks

In a document-level customization, this method returns true only if the native document object is the underlying object of a Microsoft.Office.Tools.Word.Document object in the current customization.
